2024 Regional Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside (RTASA)
Pre-Application Meetings
RTASA Application Resources
In conjunction with DVRPC, SJTPO, and NJTPA, the Division of Local Aid is holding mandatory Pre-Application meetings for the upcoming RTASA. Prospective applicants can discuss their project concept and get guidance on whether the proposed project is a good fit for the program. The team will help identify potential risks and discuss essential program requirements. Participation does not guarantee a grant but helps the applicant submit a competitive application.
Pre-Application Meetings will be held from March 11, 2024 to April 23, 2024.
Meeting Prerequisite
- Project map (if you don’t have one, use the Map Maker Tool)
- Brief description of the project

Review the 2024 RTASA Handbook for program requirements. You may use the Pre-Application Questionnaire as a guide to prepare for the meeting.
